Okay I have desktop ultimate and as far as I can tell my sub got a year added today but when I browse the "my software" section Fences or Fences pro doesn't show up
I've deactivated your previous (expired) registrations of Object Desktop, so the only remaining one is what expires in 2011. Does this help your problem? Do you have any Object Desktop applications not installed that are successfully showing up as available?

My going to add my problem to this post. For me Fences Pro showed up, but the byte count is zero, so when I try to install it errors out.
