Complete and Utter Noob Question Regarding Expansions

First off, hello all, this is my first purchase from Impulse and, like the name would be implying, it was an impulse buy (but a good one).  I got both expansions for Sins, and when I try to launch them I get the following error:

The program cannot start because fmod.dll is missing, try reinstalling blah blah blah. 

This happens for both of the expansions.  Does this mean when I launch the vanilla Sins .exe I will start it with both of the expansions, or is something messed up?

The Diplomacy expansion pack is currently in beta test and is somewhat unstable.  However, Entrenchment should work just fine.  If it's not launching, you have a problem.

Did you try reinstalling?

If that doesn't work, you may need to contact technical support.

I'm about to try to reinstall it.  My guess is that it downloaded first (I bought all three at once), and the expansions finished first and didn't have the base files to work off of.  Oops.
