Can't purchase two games.

I'm positive i'm typing in the (security?) code correctly. Last 3 numbers on the back of the card where the signature field is. Also the card I am using is a $25 Visa Gift Card if that makes a difference. I'm sure i selected Visa as my payment option.

The games are Sins of a Solar Empire and Entrenchment, not the bundle pack thing.

All of the other fields are filled in (except company name) and I'm 100% sure that the card has been activated because i checked it's balance on the visa gift card site.

I chose to post here since I would have had to email and then wait for an answer on a business day.

Help please?
