WindowBlinds 7 uninstall issue " can not open install.log"

I installed windowblinds seven "Trial" , to see if it was different then the Alienware theme I was using with Mycolors. I decided it wasn't for me so I tried to uninstall windowblinds. I keep getting a error " can not open install.log". Any ideas?

it did not work!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT CLOSED BECAUSE IT DID NOT WORK GIVE ME SOMETHING ELSE
