Cant find a specific option

Basicly I'm trying to update my unlimited capital ships mod for entrenchment but i cant find the following options.

maxShipSlots in the Gameplay.constantsfile but it does not seem to be there. if it has chnaged location of what it is called i cant seem to find it. Any help would be nice.

Its now a research entity called RESEARCHSUBJECT_MAXCAPITALSHIPSPHASE0 and can be found in your vanilla sins gameinfo folder, both when it is for entrecnhment or normal sins
