Applications will not expand fully when I use Objectbar

I upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate and tried using Object Bar.  While Object Bar is running, any program I run will not expand to take up the full screen.  There is about 2 1/2 inches of desktop screen showing on the right side.  As soon as I unload Object Bar the program will expand to the full screen.  How can I solve this problem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks
