A few weeks ago i was trying to order some of your products on Impulse using my Survey cupong. The games i tried to order was:

Machinarium (pre-order)
Sins of a Solar Empire: Diplomacy (pre-order)
Sins of a Solar Empire: Entrenchment

I already have Sins of a Solar Empire installed.

At first i got a message saying payment Deinied. I tried changing tha cradit card. Both my cards are valid and has been used since. But no luck. The day after i checked my mail and i had 14 mails saying 'Thanks for your purchase on Impulse'. I checked my bank. Indeed i had been charged 14 times for Machinarium. But no sign of the SoaSE expantions. How come I get charged when I get the message "Denied".  And why i didn't get any copies of the other two products is beyond me.

I've tried to send emails earlier to [email protected] and [email protected] but they all bounce

Rambo Smurf: Sorry for the trouble you have experienced here. I am looking into this issue right now for you and will get your duplicate charges refunded to you. 

Concerning your Diplomacy pre-order, this will not actually charge your card until the game goes Beta and you're able to download it. Chances are, it does have your pre-orders in the system though, so I will ensure only one pre-order remains.

I cannot say why you hadn't received Entrenchment, but I will let you know more after I take a look.

Just as a follow-up -- I'm unsure how 14 transactions managed to get through. I did refund 13 of these and I sent you an email. I just wanted to make that clear here just in case. Let me know how things go if you wanted to try placing an order for Entrenchment and Diplomacy again. I didn't see anything regarding these two titles in any of the transactions you had made, so I'm not sure what happened there.
