Razze's font -- do you see the name or do you get brackets?
What is this font people are using that produces box-like brackets? Razze uses it and all I see on my screen is [][][][][]. How do you choose other fonts for your player name, anyway?

Whip,
That isn't a font, it's a special character that wasn't included in whatever font Sins uses. The box that you're talking about is the computer's placeholder character that it uses when it doesn't recognize a char code. Pretty much any high-numbered alt char will result in an empty box. Off the top of my head, 00115599 results in a .
To get them hold Alt and then type in a 1 to 5 number code
Example: Alt+0233= é
Alt+54444= ¼
Alt+1 = ☺
Alt+20 = ¶
Alt+778 = ◙
etc etc
There must be a list of these Alt+ characters somewhere on the 'Net.
Still, I thought some folks could read Razze's name and didn't see the [][][][][] boxes.
On your PC theres a program called "Character Map" (on XP its under Accessories/System tools in the start menu), it has all the possible characters you can make and thier corresponding codes. But I'll tell you, most fonts don;t support the extra characters so you'll likely get a placeholder box.
If you;ve ever played with Cpt. (Glorious)[][][][], ive seen his placeholders are musical notes, which I was able to see while playing a game, just not in the chat. I've never played with Razze, so Im not sure what his actually are, but its possible the in-game font supports it.
Googling "alt codes" or something similar will give you several hits. I've found this one to be useful in the past.
