Impulse cannot locate the base application Elven Legacy

Hello I just purchased Elven Legacy: Ranger and downloaded it, and when I tried to install I receive the error "Impulse cannot locate the base application Elven legacy. Please register it to have Impulse install it or search for it now." Well I made sure the serial registration was accurate and I tried installing the files from my computer. This is extremly frustrating.

I am guessing that Eleven Legacy: Ranger is an expansion of Eleven Legacy.  Do you have Eleven Legacy installed?
