Wallpaper not changing automatically with theme

I have Vista and love WB but the theme is not changing the desktop background when changing themes. Anyone know why or how I could fix it? I have it to force change on setup and I'm choosing to use "skin wallpaper" but it's not working. Thanks.

Your wallpaper will only change when you apply a skin IF the author of the skin has incuded one in the .wba file. Most skinners don't, as you are finding out. However, it IS very simple to change your wallpaper from the WB configuration panel. There is nothing wrong with your WB program, it's just that many authors don't take advantage of the fact that they can package a wallpaper with their skin.

oh okay. thank you for responding! It looks like when downloading from the website there are walpapers in the background to make it look full but yes it is easy to change and thank you so much!
........or some choose not to because of multiple sizes/resolutions.
it also bulks up the size of the wb too, most now release their matching wallpapers in the wallpaper gallery....
