I have installed windowblinds 6.4.79 ,installation is fine no problem. My prblem is wb 6.4 does not changing skin but it changing wallpaper. I have vista ultimate. I have tuneup utilities installed. How can fix this problem.' Thanks.

What happens when you try to change skin?

Can you post your system information from the WB System Information page please.

tuneup utilities has its own version of windowblinds,they be conflicting.
