Unable to get this to work.

I've spent hours trying to get this to work and this is what I get everytime. I've tried to download older versions and that didn't work either.

It worked perfectly fine until I reformated a week ago now all of the themes look like this.

Can anyone please help me fix this

I've also tried changin ti back to normal and I couldn't get that to work either
