Uninstall WindowBlins

I uninstalled WindowBlinds through my add/remove programs feature in windows vista home basic like the FAQ suggested. I do not see any settings telling it is loading from registry. I got the free trial software. It uninstalled successfully according to add/remove programs, but it still launches every time I boot up my laptop. It pops up showing how many days until it expires. Now it isn't in add/remove programs and the uninstall link in the WindowBlinds folder says the shortcut does not exist. Any suggestions on how to get it to stop showing up?

Reinstall it, and then use Revo Uninstaller to remove it. Choose level 3 and remove (at the last step) only what appears in bold print. Just Google Revo Uninstaller, and btw...it's free!
