Interesting issue with Vista update page

After I installed WindowsBlinds, it causes my Windows update page not to load. It says:

Page failed to load.

After I uninstalled WindowsBlinds the Windows update page works.

Any ideas what's going on?

Would be useful if Vendor publicized this issue. Took almost 3 hours to resolve.

WindowBlinds 6 over Vista was gold for about 11 months after I built my desktop in May 2008, but since spring 2009 there have been a string of issues, including a month long crash & burn tango with NVIDIA drivers. I can't imagine going to WindowBlinds 7 on Win 7 w/o a free download try b4 you buy; esp after vendor would not honor a pre-release bargain price on posted web page.

What vendor are you talking about FauxMaven?
