Annoying "Access Denied" pop-ups

I just upgraded DriveScan to v2.00.c today, but an annoyance forced me to use the task manager to kill the drivescan.exe process. I don't have "Show error messages" checked, yet DriveScan insisted on popping up an "Access denied" message every time it encountered a file or folder to which it was denied access. I lost count after clicking OK 25+ times, gave up, and killed it. I run Impulse on Vista Ultimate x64 using a personal login with admin privs available behind UAC. If you're not going to offer to escalate, you either need to add a check-box that offers to stop reporting this error or you need to have this error obey the "Show error messages" check box.
