Stardock e-mail
I bought call of duty 4 yesterday.The game does not appear to be in my games list or anywhere else.
How long does the e-mail take to come and how do i install it?Trough the e-mail or something?

Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

Which email are you talking about? When you purchase a game, the system should send a purchase confirmation notice to the email address associated with the acount.
This does not include any game files.
I would recommend checking your email and its spam folders to see if the email was filtered out. If you don't have an email confirmation, the purchase transaction might have had a problem. If you don't get an email in the next few hours, I would go to the ESUPPORT website (https://esupport.stardock.com/) and submit a ticket.
Make sure you ask whether or not your credit card has been billed.
Actually, now that I look around at other posts asking for support help, it looks like you might be able to send an email to [email protected] describing problem.
Shoot us an email with your order number and any email addresses you may have used to [email protected] and we'll get it straightened out for you.
