can not reorder icons in ObjectDock

Ok, I created an account here because I could not for the life of me figure out how to reorder icons in ObjectDock. I figured I was going to post and get a response like:

You only get that in the pro version (yes silly I know, but you never know)
or
Um you idiot you just drag them and they change order

So as I was typing this I had a though, let me change the position where the dock is. Sure enough, I did that and I could reorder icons. Move the dock back where it was, and I can no longer arrange icons.

So for any ObjectDock developers, if you happen to come across this, consider it a bug.

My computer setup is 4 LCD monitors side by side. I docked the objectdock to the left most monitor, vertically along the left side. When it is here, I can not reorder icons. They drag, but do not reorder. If I change it to a top dock on that monitor, or even a side vertical dock on my primary monitor, it works fine. The only place it does not work is when it is on the left most monitor, docked either vertical position.
