Missing icons in flyout menus

When i click on the main icon in a flyout menu, the icons in the flyout don't appear. They still show up in the edit area.I've been using OD for 4+ years and this just started happening.

Any ideas?

I'm using

OD Plus 1.90 build 535u

Win XP SP3
