Fences: "Exclude this icon from quick-hide" button missing

Hello.

i am using fences on 2 pc. WinXP, fresh install on both, i have done the same installs simultanously on both computers but on my laptop, when i rightclick a icon the button "Exclude this icon from quick-hide (Fences)" is missing.

What to do?

At Tools the "Hide / show desktop icons when ...." is active, but still not showing that context menu button.

 

need help.
