Can't log into Starock can't start game

For some reason I can't log into star dock to get the update. but i can log into this forum and into the star dock webpage. Whats worse is that I clicked on register and now it is asking me for my email and serial again. The problem? when i put in my email and serial it says that it's already taken my another user. DUH, it's my email and serial..

What the heck do i do?
