New Update - All my FavourPoints are gone!

Dear Demigod Creators!

 

Finally a new Patch! great! So i installed the update and....AND....AND! SURPRISE! ALL MY FAVOURPOINTS are GONE!

I cant tell you how angry i'm now! This is defnetly a reason, why i think about quitting this game, this is the best way to loose customers!!!

I mean - hey! this cannot be! i save my points every game to get a high item and now?!

 

this is not the support that i suggest while installing the patch! You really really really should fix it quick!

PS: I want to have my Points back! And i'm talking about onlinemode...

I had to rename my game.prefs file to get it to run, and voila, no fricken favor here either.  I'm not ready to quit the game, and I still have the old file.  Is there any fix to get the favor back??

Are you talking about online or in single player?

 

If it is single player skirmish then all you have to to is open up your game.prefs file in notpad, look for a line called points, and change that number to whatever you want.  This will give you however many favor points you want in single player.

I lost my 2000 Points i saved up and i cant get new points.

your online-profile is on a server from Stardock so you can't edit it.

I already send a PM to Frogboy hopefully he reads it and maybe can do something

and don't worry i was polite

 

hope my english isn't too bad :|

 

so checked my online-profile it looks my points are still saved but the game can't

read out the information, so i guess a hotfix will be there soon

The server-side response needed a kick. Restart the game (or logout of your in-game profile and then back in) and your favor should be all set.
