So I can't use the mouse to scroll around the map anymore - did they patch that feature out? (lame if so) Or am I just retarded and pushed some hotkey that disables it? (likely)
Maybe it's a stupid idea from me but do you run it in windowed mode, cause in windowed you cant scroll with the mouse!? 
Its called Edge Tracking, be sure its checked in the options if you are not in windowed mode.

I have NFI what the problem was but it's back to normal now! Thx guys ^^
I hit a key in the middle of an intense game that did that to me, too. I had no idea what was going on, and i couldn't tactical zoom to other places on the map because it was centered on my DG. Hitting one of the WASD keys fixed it for me.
Thats for sure sounds like you hit T....thats the exact behavior.
