Chrome won't open from OD until about 5 clicks

Hey, I'm having a small annoyance. For some reason, Google Chrome won't open from OD until I've clicked the icon about 5 times. It bounces showing that I've clicked it, but it doesn't open (and there's no chrome.exe process running) until I've clicked it a few more times. It's only Chrome for some reason (which opens fine from the Start menu). Any advice?
