Fences, a few ideas to improve

Hello there,

I really like Fences, especially after they have been made a lot faster now... but there is still a few things that i see as a space for improvments..

so here are a few ideas what I would like to see in the future:

I would like to switch auto-arrange icons off (and maybe "align to grid" too), if i drag an icon thats between other 2 icons.. the icon on the right and all other icons to that side will move to the left where the dragged icon was.. which is not acceptable. It just rearange the rest of the icons for me Icon should stay where they are not moving on their own.. or at least there could be option in the menu how to toggle the behaviour of the sorting

animations could also be optional.. I simply like efficiency over nice sliding icons on my desktop which make it takes longer and slow down the system I hope by switich the animations off the fences could be even more faster which is the biggest priority for me.. In the past I was close to uninstaling the fences as they were so slow it was barely bearable..

I think those 2 things are the most annoying for me... everything else is great
