Theme Start Up Problems

I have installed windows blinds and chosen a theme which is applied successfully. When I reboot the PC the wallpaper is correct but the windows theme does not come up with the one I chose.  The icons in the task bar are big and fuzzy and the windows blind app is not in the icon task bar. It appears to be defaulting to the Windows XP theme. Does any one have any thoughts on how to fix or what the issue is?

I'm essentially giving you a "bump".

There is no shareware version of Windowblinds.  Where did you download this from?

There is a 'shareware' "trial" version of WindowBlinds available at Download.com.  This trial version is time limited so you may have reached the end of the trial period if you had a previous 'trial' version installed.

download only has the current which would be 6.4

other site still have older versions of the trial (i think filehippo does)

but not sure of the point of that
