Dual Monitor setup questions

Howdy folks. New to the forum, and have been searching through threads for some time looking for resolutions to a couple issues. I couldn't find any, so hope you all don't mind me asking here.

I'm running Objectdock on Win XP on a dual monitor setup, and I was wondering if there was a way to stretch or expand the dock so that it runs along the bottom of both monitors. I can get the dock to sit in the center of both monitors, but I'd like to be able to expand it to the ends of both screens.

Essentially what I'm trying to do is replace XP's native taskbar completely with Objectdock.

Something else I'm curious about... If I center Objectdock between both monitors and check "Reserve Edge of Screen", for some reason only one monitor actually reserves the edge of the screen and the other monitor will ignore the reserved edge. If I move Objectdock to one monitor or the other the reserved space functions as it should. Is there anyway for both monitors to acknowledge the reserved space?

Ok thanks!

Which version are you using? It sounds like the free version.

Reserve edge is per dock in the plus version....not per screen. With the plus version you could use 2 docks to stretch across the bottom of both screens but one dock will not in either version.

My own preference for setting up the plus version has one standard dock for the system tray small and static, another standard dock for the taskbar using the zoom feature and then a tabbed dock or docks for all my program shortcuts. I manage to completely relpace the Window Taskbar that way.
