Start Menu Agitation

Before I reformatted my laptop my start menu side bar had no text just icons...It's driving me nuts because I installed all the programs I had before hoping I could find a check box option but no such luck. If someone knows or can suggest an alternative solution that'd be awesome.

try changing your iconsize to large icons.
