Purchased...no confirmation e-mail...can't register with impulse

Hello,

Several hours ago, I purchased Windowblinds6...I didn't realize I had started an impulse registration...I believe I quite without finishing...today, when I was told I needed impulse to open my purchase...I tried to create an account and was told I already had one....I tried to retrieve login info & never received an e-mail even though it said it found my account and e-mailed the info...After more than 2 hours, I finished creating an account using a different e-mail address...so now, it doesn't show my purchase...how do I fix this...I would like to have the software I purchased.

Your lost email may be in your spam folder. Did you look there?

1st place to check for email would be spam

setting up an account with a different email won't help

 

check you spam see if the email is there

 

also - here at sd/wc - click my account > registrations see if it's there

 

if you find the email or find it on the registrations page, you want to use it with the email address from your purchase

 

if you don't find either, you may need to put in a ticket to support - giving them the email you purchase under

if needed they can either merge or delete an account

 

did you use paypal?  it has a delay on it i believe

thanks for the help...checked my email w/msn....stardock was blocked....yes, paid w/paypal...and submitted e-mail as well....will check my account...I believe I actually have 2 accounts (one w/each e-mail) as my free registrations are with my suddenlink account...the purchased one was with my msn account...thank you for the help.

You will need to contact [email protected] to have them merge the 2 accounts.
