Purchased...no confirmation e-mail...can't register with impulse

Several hours ago, I purchased Windowblinds6...I didn't realize I had started an impulse registration...I believe I quite without finishing...today, when I was told I needed impulse to open my purchase...I tried to create an account and was told I already had one....I tried to retrieve login info & never received an e-mail even though it said it found my account and e-mailed the info...After more than 2 hours, I finished creating an account using a different e-mail address...so now, it doesn't show my purchase...how do I fix this...I would like to have the software I purchased.
