Regular Sins never crashed once for me, but the expansion does, just quits and gives me a "SINS has stopped working" error
Im using Win 7 with a GTX 260 and Core 2 quad q6600, both games are fully patched
Make double sure you've got the latest drivers. I've got an i7 920 and a GTX 260, and updating drivers fixed my crashing problem. Also, in Impulse, you can verify your installation or something like that.
I think it was the map i made, it had over 900 planets, it doesnt crash on smaller maps
