Removing different versions of a skin (sub skins). How?

I could not find any post about this, so sorry if they are here.  I am currently using a skin that has multiple sub skins.  Example: Aero Ultimate by FediaFedia.  It has Aero Ultimate Defualt as the first selection, and then 13 sub skins.  Some for different colors, and some different versions.  I only want the first one, so is there a way to remove the others?  I know you can delete entire skins from within the Windowblinds configuration, but can you delete sub skins too?  The only way I can think of is to go into the file and manually delete what I don't want, but I would like to just click on something to be able to delete Aero Ultimate Pink (for example).  Can I?  Thanks for any help.

If you have Skinstudio you can delete sybstyles... Open skin In SKS--->File--->SubstyleManagement

Sorry I jumped the gun.  I found out how.  You need to do it in SkinStudio under Substyle Management.  I needed to free up some space, and this works well.
