Network Error! Please help

I just installed sins on two of my computers and i can start a game on both but when either one tries to log into the other's game it gives me that error message NETWORK ERROR YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FILES NEEDED FOR THIS GAME Plz help!

Are you playing a custom map? Are you using a custom mod? If so, both computers need the same mod/map installed.

Another possibility (although I think it would give a different error message) is if one of your computers is patched but the other is not.
