I got a link being told i getting them for free as will all wincustomize subscribers. Who else are they not appearing on impulse for, they not on mine

When you open Impulse and choose "My Software", you have scroll a bit down and then you'll see it as available.

the themes weren't showingup ye sterday in impulse, but they are there today.
