Renew Subscription and Re download Object Desktop Ultimate

Hi,  Could someone please help me.   A few years ago I purchased Object Desktop Ultimate and the subsciption ran out last October (Oct 2008)  I now wish to renew and it says it is about $34 but says it will add year/renew.   If I renew now it will start from now wont it?  not October 2008 when previous subsciption ran out.  

Also, I was under the impression once purchased was owned.   I am unable to redownload the program on my new laptop and if it is possible I cannot find out how to?   I have downloaded Impulse but that just gives me the option to 'buy' which I already have a few years ago... not re download.  can anyone help with these 2 issues.

It is, however, it's up to you to archive the versions you purchased. If you contact [email protected] they may be able to provide you links to the versions you're entitled to.

If you do not renew, send us an email and we can set you up with the latest available archive before your subscription expired. If you do renew, I would suggest using Impulse Anywhere to download archives of the applications.

thanks for the replies.  I have just renewed and have one further problem.     Windowblinds 7 says there is an update and when I try to update it is telling me my registration details of not uptodate when they are.... says expires 2010!  any help appreciated.

On the update tab in Impulse Click on the Install All Updates in the upper right corner.
