WinsowsBkinds 7 Beta 2

Hello, I'm a bit confused about the new WindowsBlind 7, Beta 2. Is it strictly for Windows 7, or it will work on Vista also?

I installed Beta 1 and had some problems and uninstalled it immediately. So I'd thought to ask before I leaped, so to say.
