GameFiles differ with identical checksum

Working on my mod when me and my tester hitted a snagg we can't figure out for the love of god. Booth checksums are identical and we both have exactly the same files and no othe rmods running. How ever when evere we try to play online ICO says out games differ. I completely don't understand it. Only moddification that was made is resorces cost for ships were set to 0 and so was prerequesit research.

eadtaes are both computers useing the same format ie ntfs OR fat32?

there was a mention of a desync error involving computers using differing filesystems in one of the recent changelogs for vanilla sins, which is why I am asking

from what I understand about the checksum system in sins it now only checksums the entity and mesh files, so perhaps the difference is in one of the other files?

Lol no their is only 6 files so far. Right now I'm gonan try adding the otehr base file sinstead of elttign the game add them. See if that helps.

Well I found out the problem was cause because my instalation fo sins somehow got corupted. event thou impulse tried to repair it couldn't repair it had to delete everythign and reinstall form scrach. So problem slve and the mod is movign forward.
