small bug in custom flyout menu

I found a small bug.

If there is an icon with transparent parts within a custom flyout menu and you click in such a transparent area, the flyout menu just closes and the program linked with this icon is not started. So you have to click on a not transparent area. That's really getting on my nerves, because CryptLoad for example has an icon with the chars C and L - the lines are only a few pixels wide, so its hard to get it started from ObjectDock...
