Resurrection Question

I have a question about Resurrection. While I'm fairly certain this has been asked before, I can't find it anywhere. My level 8 progenitor was killed. If I relevel a progenitor to 6, then use resurrection on a third one, will it return it to 8?

Short answer: no.

In order to use Resurrection, a level 6+ Progenitor with the ability must be around when the capital is destroyed. The only way to save a level 6+ Progenitor is pretty much if you have another level 6+ Progenitor to instantly level up the replacement.

I'm not sure if you can cast it on the caster though...  If you can, you only need the reviver, otherwise, you'll need a third...
