I have posted a Ticket more then 12 hours ago, and still not a single reply... Can I please have some Help

Support usually has about a 24-48 hr. return time. I took a look at your account and it appears there was nothing on it, but I found another under what I assume was an incorrect e-mail address. Should be merged and working now. See your e-mail reply for specifics.
