Hi Kyle,

I believe that is Naked, not Naked Noir?

3.1 is a pretty low experience score, does your PC support other translucent skins? EG: Diamond?

If you are new to Vista you need to run the Vista experience score on the Vista OS via the Welcome Center to activate translucency correctly using WB.

Your font in the taskbar is also much bigger than the assigned font for the WB. do you have DPI settings set differently to default?

Thats all I can think of, it isn't the theme, it has been extensively tested on many Vista boxes and no other issues from other Vista users that have purchased.

As far as Maxstyles rejecting a sign up email.. I will have that looked into.

If it helps, Aero and translucent skins are supported with a Widows experience score of 2 and above.

Hell, mine has a score of 3 and a graphics of 3.3 and I run everything fine, so I don't think a 3.1 will hurtMust be something else.

Thank you all for your quick replies.

I finally got it working, it seems that windows was "adjusted for best performance" and not "best appearance".

I went to control panel > adjust visual effects> clicked on best appearance.

Thanks again
