Where is my banning system?

Ugh, gonna have to wait 5 years for it I guess. The dev's don't seem to be taking much care of the game anymore. It's fun wasting your time with all the people who join a game your trying to host, just to leave when only you need one more person to join. If people are going to join a game, they either 1) Need to stay so they can quit wasting my time, or 2) Be banned to keep from joining future games.

Everyone goes "Oh noes, not a banning system." All I want is a local banning system. One you can use in the lobby and in the game to store names client side. Put some fear into the n00bs please!
