Fences 0.98 [and 0.96] multi screen problem with fence title bars.

I have two 24" screens the left screen is 1920x1200 [landscape mode] the right screen is 1200x1920 [portrait mode] setup as shown in referenced image.

My left monitor is main monitor and has the icons and icon fences.

The problem is that Fences is treating the both monitors as once big area that is 1920+1200 wide = 3120 wide thats is 1920 high.

Which causes fences dragged to the top of the screen area on left to not move their fence title bars to the bottom of the fence area as they reach the top of the left screen because it thinks they screen is as high as the right screen so it wont flip the fence title to bottom unless i drag it up as high as the right monitor top which isnt useful and not really something thats easy to do.

I like fences some nice behaviour, be nice if you had a bit more control over the padding and spacing of icons.

I am using Windows XP SP3 with a 8800gt graphics just in case that matters, but i expect it isnt useful information in this case.
