another text color issue in Vista!

Here we go again!  I can't figure out where to change the color of the text that is circled in the screenie.....even using my color picker, it seems it is not one of my defined colors!  It looks like crap!

Any help would be most appreciated!  Thanks!

If that is the the case, I am gonna be really upset...the one time I want to use a dark graphic down there.....dang!  Sometimes Vista is a big pain in the butt to skin!

Vista and WB will punish you even more than XP for going dark.Only options are lite substyles or no dark windowblinds. :'(

Well...I tried!  Maybe if I lighten the graphic a little, the text will show up better. :(
