Did the firing randomness on Rook's trebuchet change?

Has the firing randomness on Rook's trebuchet changed in any of the last patches? I get the feeling that it misses towers and such way more often than before.

I beleive that Trebuchet accuracy is reduced while moving. If you stand still, you should have no problem hitting towers.
