objectdock, just can't get an icon right

am using the free version from objectdock, and got a question, I downloaded a animation docklet for objectdock, but how can I assign it a function(lets say open wincustomize.com). Because it has only the options * remove entry * and * dock entry properties andin the 2nd you can only change the image, nothing else

or do animation docklets only a decorative function?

Btw, why are they developing a new site? the old one is great, why change it?
