Just bought game today and can't load

Hello, I just bought Demigod today and when I go to load the game onto my computer, nothing happens. Lights flash on the hard drive, but nothing comes up. I meet and/or exceed all requirements. I have loaded Impulse and it is now attempting to download the updates. How can I get the game loaded? Thanks.

There are a few programs that are interfering with Demigod and makes it unable to load. One of them is the logitech webcam software. Others are mentioned on the forum in other posts like your's.
