Register Product Error

Hello,

I am trying to download a update for Sins of a Solar Empire. When i go to updates and try to download it, it askes me to register the product. when i put all the info. i need ( Serial #, E-mail adress, Product Category, and Product) it says that it doesnt reconize the code provided on the back of the training manual. and it also says to check the code AND the e-mail adress AND the Product to see if they are wrong. Be advised: i did not buy SINS off the internet i got it from a Gamestop in my town. idk what to do now. Should i just buy the SINS Entrenchment or get another SINS game?

No, you should email [email protected] with a picture of the code on the manual if you can, or just the code if you can't take a picture. They can figure out why it's not registering. The more information you can give them the better.

Since it's just saying it's invalid, and not that it's already in use they should be able to get it registered for you.
