New to Impulse

Getting Started

Hello, I have tried a couple of free desktops and they look good.  However, I purchased one that will not allow me access.  I say's my serial number is invalaid.  I have checked for errors I might have done and all seems good on my end.  I am using the green desktop now.  Any thoughts?

What application?

What OS?

What Skin/theme/suite?

Damn, they took my money fast.  It's a shame they don't respond as fast!  Shame on me for expecting this to work as advertised anyway.

No need to respond.  Impulse tells me the serial number is no good.  It's the one you emailed me when I purchased the desktop theme.  I followed the instructions precisely.  The Website reads:  Allow up to 24hrs for technical support to respond. 

Idea:  How about letting us try it for 24hrs free before we buy and if it works.  Then we have the option to pay?  RIPOFF!!!  RIPOFF!!!  RIPOFF!!!

Note:  I will contact VISA to let them know of my findings and to recover the RIPOFF charges.

Hello. I purchased one of your desktop themes and when I open Impulse it won't recognize the serial number. It's the same one you guy's sen me to my email. I have checked for errors and all seems good on my end. Any thoughts?
