WBVista.exe crashes at startup

This problem started about a week ago on an installation that has been running since July 2008. Vista Home Premium w/ SP2 installed. Based upon Support recommendation I updated/reinstalled Window Blinds via Impulse. Program resumed crashing on second reboot.

I'll repost in support section when I find it. I have already been in contact with Support via email and followed their recommendations w/o resolving the problem.

Did you update or did you do a full reinstall?

An update only replaces the files you need,a reinstall gives you new files. If you updated only,I recommend an uninstall, run CCleaner, reboot then reinstall through Impulse.Disable any AV/Spyware apps you have running during the install. Good Luck.

Elevated Command prompt:

type: regsvr32 msvcrt.dll

Re-boot
