window blinds goes to windows classic

when i try to use a skin window blinds  makes it go to windows classic every time it is the trial ver i just downloaded it about 30 mins ago please help  here is my system info   Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 3.1

1. that's an old version... where did you download it from?  download.com has has 6.4 up since Feb

what page? got a link?

 

when I go to stardock and click on windowblinds, then click on download it takes me to the download page, if I click download there, it takes me back to download.com

yes i see now i did get this from download.com funny thing is u said its an old ver  andi have never had window blinds till tonight
